Gluten Free Food in the ‘Normal’ Aisles

This guide includes a couple of product finds in the “normal” aisle of various supermarkets, that would be easy to miss because they definitely don’t sound like they’d be gluten free!! For example, would you ever pick up Sainsbury’s normal aisle Crispy Beef?!! Now you will 😉
Its in ALPHABETICAL order – Aldi, Asda, Coop, Lidl, Marks, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose. And its split into SAVOURY & SWEET.
AS ALWAYS – please check the ingredients yourself too – this is accurate at the time of writing but recipes change!! The Coeliac UK app is the easiest way to check if you’re not confident with reading labels – click here for my guide on how to use it.
NOTE ON CEREALS: Most of the own brand cereals I have included in this list contain barley malt extract but I have ONLY included the safe ones, approved by Coeliac UK. You only need to avoid them if you have a totally seperate barley allergy. >Confused or want to read more on barley, click here.
