#ad Settle the debate - Do you think a Yorkshire pudding is only for roast beef? (I think not!🤯)

Look at this GF family roast I made for #CoeliacAwarenessWeek ❤ It doesn’t “look” gluten free right? This is because I used @therealyorkshirepuddingco gluten free yorkies 😜 there’s no missing out here!

CONFESSION TIME: My family can’t make Yorkshires 🙈 Mum’s a good cook, I’m not bad 😜 and we’ve tried and tried and they just end up like doughy flat discs. So I can’t tell you how happy we were to discover that @therealyorkshirepuddingco had gf yorkies that fully taste homemade 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

WHAT DOES YOUR FAMILY HAVE WITH THEIR ROAST? Mash? Peas? Any other traditions? Have it on a weekday? Plate it up or all in the middle?

SECRET DINNER SPOT!! 🤫❤️ THE WHOLE menu is gf, df … Imagine… you’re able to pick off the same menu as everyone else, you don’t have to spend a second thinking if it’s going to gluten you, you don’t have to ask 103383 questions 😲… and yet you’re in a posh, beautiful london hotel 🌃🤩perfect for a special treat

Charlie and I went for a day out in london yesterday 💖 we used to live there so it feels like home 🏠 but this is a new faveeeee!!!

@onealdwychhotel kindly invited me to try their afternoon tea a while back and I LOVED it. This time I was back for the tasting menu and it was 11/10😋 thoughts:
🌟 Fab spot to get out of the hustle & bustle for a bit - just behind @lionking
🌟 TOTALLY GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE - yes, everything. They don’t shout about it so “normal” folk don’t need to know 🤩🤫
🌟 Their tasting menu was my fave so far. I’ll put the menu in my stories. The fish & chips was heaven!!! And the homemade bread with bacon butter & crispy onions 🤤🤤
🌟 Recommend going to the bar first and getting yourself a cheeky cocktail. The restaurant is on the mezzanine over that, so we love going around 5/6pm on a Saturday night, sitting on the edge and people watching from above 👀 (2nd pic shows our fave spot 😆)

I’ll be back to try their next seasonal menu series - Cornish/South Coast from May 25th 🎉

GLUTEN FREE KFC ⚠️ FAKEAWAY ⚠️ all I can think about tonight. What’s for dinner in your house?? I’m lacking inspo at the moment.

*KFC chicken recipe on my blog for popcorn chicken, mini fillets or burgers

*Add BBQ sauce to your beans (I use Heinz bbq sauce and Heinz beans)

*Add a load of pepper to your gravy. Closest is the @marksandspencerfoodpr fresh chicken one (usually with the roast chicken)

*Corns and coleslaw are also a must 😋

1️⃣ I think the coop bacon frazzles are now a May contain gluten
2️⃣ Tesco seems to have stopped the prawn shells?? 😢😢😢
3️⃣ I recently discovered that giant Milkybar buttons are gf so we don’t have to wait for the small egg at Easter to get our cravings in control 😆
4️⃣ there’s a lot more ice cream comes this year - @marksandspencerfoodpr and @morrisons have them now 👏🏼
5️⃣ @bm_stores have a gf bliss mallow bar like the Kellogg’s squares

BUT AS ALWAYS Lidl and Aldi are still doing there regular thing of changing the ingredients on their crisps (Pringles seem to be a particular fave for them) 🙄 so just double check in store. One week they might be gf and the next not, or vice versa 😜

It was his first ever bake and it was perfect 👌🏼 I’ve have several other complete baking newbie boyfriends make it since and they’ve nailed it too 🤩🤩🤩 no excuses 😂 get baking! And save me a slice???
