14 New Gluten Free Products: 31st July 2023

M&S Cheese & Onion Crispbakes – contains dairy – the pic below is NOT the packaging but I wanted to show you the product so you knew what a “crispbake” was…. I’d never heard of them so wondered if other people hadn’t too! Ours comes in the same size packaging but with in the standard purple colour and “made without” written on the front.

M&S Dirty Fries – dairy free – these look yum! I’m mostly dairy free so really nice to be able to get something like this… although I don’t think they have much cheese on them so I’m sure non-dairy free people could cope too haha 🙂

Tesco Choco-Nut Pillows (they’re back!!) – contains dairy – I’m told these are good. Like Krave.

Mccain Sticky Fries – dairy free

Mars Dessert Sauce (currently in Aldi) – contains dairy – Mars bars might be off limits (unless you make mine) but for now we’ve got the sauce! I haven’t been able to find a bottle of this one myself to read the ingredients but I’ve seen it from quite a few sources so I’m sure we’ve got some reliable info 😉

Tesco “Taste Shack” – I think this is new? Their version of Nando’s. I’ve included some of the pics below but here’s the complete list of what I can find that is gf:

Sainsbury’s Plant Pioneers Tandoori Spiced Veg Skewers, Summer Edition – dairy free

Nature Valley Chocolate & Berries Protein Bar – contains dairy – nice to have another cereal bar option to stash in our bags for emergencies

Schwartz The Real Greek Chicken Gyros Wrap – dairy free – unusual to find a packet mix that is gf so this one got me excited!!!

Schwartz Las Iguanas Bahian Coconut Curry – contains dairy

Sainsbury’s Sicilian Lemon Flavoured Meringues – dairy free – I’m thinking drizzled with white chocolate, topped with raspberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Sainsbury’s Red Pepper & Ricotta Pesto, Summer Edition, Taste the Difference  – contains dairy – stuffed pasta? Mixed in your shakshuka sauce? in a toastie?

Sainsbury’s Sweet BBQ British Pork Slow Cooked Rack of Ribs – dairy free – the sweet honey sauce got me!
