Accidentally Gluten Free Food at Iceland
When it comes to gluten free food at Iceland, I have good news and bad news.
The good news is that there are LOADS of gluten free products. The bad news is there’s also loads of “may contain gluten” warnings to watch out for and there’s no consistency within their brands… e.g. some TGI products are fine, some products that you’d think would be made in the same place are may contain. Anyway, hopefully this guide will make it easier!!
*Note 1: As always, I have done my best to check the allergen info for every product on the Iceland website but please double check everything for yourself in store too!
*Note 2: on their Slimming World range: they have a confusing message on the website so I avoid it. I haven’t actually messaged them for more info because lots of their products contains barley malt anyway Slimming world website
