I've used a lemon flavoured yoghurt here to give the creamy texture of cheesecake! Paired with fresh blueberries and a crumbled biscuit layer, you're 2 mins away from creating this beaut brekkie.
Ingredients
30gramsDelicious Alchemy Rice Flakes
1potlemon flavoured yoghurt - approx 150g
40mlmilk/mylk - any flavour you like!
Handfulblueberries
2gluten free digestive biscuits
Some gratedlemon peel if you're feeling fancy!
Instructions
Break up the biscuits into the bottom of your jar. Use the end of a rolling pin to crush them up & pack into the bottom.
Add a handful of blueberries.
In a mug, mix together the yoghurt, milk and rice flakes.
